Bake your on plan potato, scrape out the middle of the potato a bit, then add meat and veggies (that you’ve cooked separately in a skillet with chipotle sauce).
I subbed some of my rice for a mission WW tortilla, subbed some of my sirloin for FF Greek yogurt and mixed it with a few Tbsp salsa and subbed my olive oil for pepper jack cheese! YUM!
