Home stretch here we go!

Long-term LBC client Christie is just a couple weeks out from her first show of the season.

Christie might not put pictures up two weeks out … but I do, lol.

“I don’t put pictures up this close to my show because so much can and will change over the last 2 weeks. But, I can say that I am so unbelievably excited about the package I am being to the stage this year! Without a doubt, this is the BEST me yet! After all, isn’t that what BB is all about? Being better each time on stage?

A little Sunday reflection….practicing gratitude….

My coach at LEAN BODIES CONSULTING has been and IS amazing. I changed coaches this year and this was the best change for me. Coach Erik Ledin is truly THE coach for me. That’s the amazing part of LBC. There are knowledgeable coaches for everyone. The individualized programming is top notch. And best yet, coaches help each other’s clients of there is an issue that comes up that is their area (ex. Thyroid issues, competitors, pregnancy, etc.). And we have a community of amazing people in LBC. The most supportive people you could ever meet! I am grateful….

Also….Charles J Reed is my main squeeze and biggest supporter ? along with my mother and father ❤️. And the members of my gym!!! I am grateful….
