I realize that you can’t control the weather, but you can control how you weather the storm. Complaints get you nowhere, so try proposing a solution. Next time you go to complain about how results aren’t coming fast enough, hormone problems aren’t fair, you’re too busy, too tired, too hungry; also look at potential solutions. Are you doing your part?
Sometimes the solution is obvious like getting to bed earlier to get more sleep, managing your schedule to find more time for things you value, or finding a new doctor that can better manage your hormones, and other times it is more about managing expectations, and having more patience.
Ultimately you always have a choice. You can be a complainer, or someone who takes your own complaints and works on a solution to move you forward.
