On-Plan Nachos

My meal calls for 85g chicken breast and 150g quinoa. I subbed the chicken breast out for lean beef, cooked in taco seasoning. For the quinoa, I subbed in corn tortillas (cut into chips then toasted under the brioler), and black beans. Topped with diced jalapenos.
