You can eat carbs and lose fat.

You can eat white rice instead of brown if you prefer it and you can eat fruit too. Heck, you can even eat carbs in the evening and still lose fat.

Provided that you’re in a calorie deficit, you can lose fat even with plenty of carbs in your diet. In fact, it is actually good to consume carbs because they fuel hard training and help maintain optimal thyroid function.

Don’t buy in to the myth that you have to eliminate carbs to lose fat. It isn’t at all true and you can most certainly have great results while keeping them in your plan.
