They Myth of Muscle Confusion

Muscles are incapable of being confused.

No, really.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but muscles cannot be confused, perplexed, bewildered or even a little befuddled.

As as result, your program does not need to be changed every 4 weeks, 3 days, or 86 nanoseconds.

Instead, a program should be changed solely based on the outcomes of that program and not on some arbitrary timeline.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
