The Long-Term Results Mindset

If you’re expecting something quick and miraculous to happen at any point during your physique change journey, you can forget about that right now.

(This is especially true if you’re trying to build muscle which is painfully slow at the best of times)

At no point are you going to change something and magically wake up the next day 10 pounds lighter or with 20 pounds more muscle.

You know what will happen with consistency and patience though?

Slow and steady progress over an extended period of time that results in EVENTUALLY reaching your goal.

Is that less exciting and sexy than the next rapid fat-loss marketing gimmick?

Sure it is.

But it is also the truth.

Great physiques are built over months and years not days and weeks.

You do have to put in work.

But you also have to put in the time.

Even with the best plan and your best efforts, it isn’t going to happen overnight.
