The leaner you get, the harder it will be to rely on numerical changes to gauge progress

If you are always stuck on qualifying your fat loss by numbers (tape measure and the random number generator (scale) ) and ‘see’ you’ve made no progress you’re likely allowing disappointment to set it..

-Did you happen to closet shop and found that top that was tight fitting a few short weeks ago now fits?
– Hit the mall and shop at your favorite store to find a pair of shorts that didnt fit but another return and they fit great and heading to loose!?
-Are friend/or family notice your fat loss?

I’d say that is all progress !

Keep in mind the leaner you get it, the harder it will be to rely on numerical numbers/changes and starts to move towards qualitative changes. Dont let the ups and downs of your journey sway you from your goals. This is the time that you really have to stick to it and grind it out. Focus on nailing compliance and the behaviors that will get you there.
