The Curse of Rapid Fat Loss Programs

Any short-term rapid fat loss program will almost invariably kick you back to where you started or worse.

These create all or nothing mindsets, black and white thinking, and don’t teach true lifestyle change.

Some might suggest that these types of programs launch some people forward onto a longer-term balanced lifestyle approach to fat loss, but I would say that this is more the exception than the rule.

As we’ve said many times on this page, the tighter your dietary boundaries are, the worse the binge will likely be once you cross them.
