Sprint workout

Coach Erik has programmed one sprint/HIIT workout per week into my current dieting program. This is the sprint workout that I did this morning, if you want to give it a try.

15-second sprint
(rest 60 seconds)
25 jump squats
(rest 60 seconds)

Repeat for a total of 7-8 rounds.

Sprint/HIIT workouts are meant to be tough. If you are one of those people who claim that you can do a sprint/HIIT workout for 45+ minutes, you are doing them wrong. Bring the intensity to your workouts!
