Scrumptious Kale Chips

My go-to Friday night snack – kale chips! Very healthy and very tasty!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Remove the big stems and spread kale leaves out evenly across your baking sheet. Sprinkle them with sea salt or your seasoning of choice. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
