Ready. Aim. Fire.
How do you get off the “I think I’ll do it” stage and onto the “do it” stage?
For many people their life or goal achievements looks something like this:
Ready
Aim
Aim
Aim
Aim
Aim
Aim …
They never fire! They never shoot. They never EXECUTE.
Of course then you’ve got people who’s lives look something like:
Ready
FIRE
Aim
LOL
That’s also not effective execution. To execute means there’s a READY (preparation), an AIM (find your target) and a FIRE (you get going).
The greatest gap in the world is the difference between knowing and doing. The word execute means you not only know, but you also do.
You have to swing if you ever want a chance to hit a home run.
All the knowledge in the world, all the reading, all the studying, etc., isn’t going to do anything for you if you don’t take that preparation, set your goal, and EXECUTE it.
