Progress isnt always linear or consistent but you just have to keep at it and plugging away. In time, those ‘sheets of paper towel’ do come off and THEN you really see it. Perfect example below.Disappointed, she didnt see any progress because the scale didnt change and measurements were the same though noted:

“I don’t feel any progress has probably been made due to my little vaca meals. I do see some veins coming out in my hands and elbow area. My armpits are definitely losing fat, because they are becoming more difficult to shave :)The little area around my neck/traps is becoming more indented. I can see some more definition in my legs area this week.”

Progress cant always be measured on a scale or with the tape measure. Im glad we also have pictures to document our journeys. A picture can say a 1000 words.

Left to right
Start, 11/28 and 12/13. Between the final two pictures she thought there was no progress, but there were lots of changes. I shared the following comparison shot (above).  After sharing them, she wrote back:

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing me those pictures! By the time I got to my now picture I was in tears. I haven’t allowed myself to look back and compare. I hadn’t realized just how much progress I have made this far. I knew I was way better but wow, just wow! I love how you can put my little accomplishments into a much bigger perspective and I can see myself through a different eye. I am amazed what this time with LBC has done for me both physically and mentally this far.”
