Prepare At Night to Train in the Morning

Here’s a simple, but very practical tip:

If you’re planning to get up early and go to the gym, set out everything you’re going to need the night before and have it ready to go.

If I’m training in the morning, I like to put out the clothes I’m going to wear to the gym (along with shorts if needed for leg day). Then I pack my toiletries, my change of clothes for after the gym, and my protein shake.

Doing this essentially means that all you have to do in the morning is grab it and go which eliminates the excuse of not feeling like pulling everything together when you’re in full-on pre-caffeine zombie mode.
