Pecan Crusted Lemon and Garlic Tilapia:
My plan calls for:
125g Tilapia
25g Pecans
60g Avocado
1 cup of fibrous vegetables
I have always just eaten the pecans separately but tonight I decided to get fancy
I added:
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1. Process pecans in a food processor until finely chopped. Sprinkle fish fillets with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Dredge fish in finely chopped pecans.
2. Spray skillet, and then over medium-high heat; add fish, and cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until well browned and fish flakes with a fork.
I used the 60g of avocado, mashed it up and squeezed a bit of lemon in it and put it on top of the fish.
