Peanut butter banana crepes

Looking for a breakfast idea? Check out this peanut butter banana crepe recipe from one of my clients! Yum! 



My plan calls for: 
55g oats
2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 serving of fruit

Used:
55g oats
5 egg whites
19g Justin’s natural peanut butter
67g banana
Sugar free syrup
Cinnamon

I only subbed out 2 egg yolks from the whole eggs for 19 g Justin’s natural peanut butter.

In the nutra bullet I mixed 5 egg whites, 55g of oats, and cinnamon until blended. Cook on stove top like crepes. I used Jen Bower’s pump up peanut butter recipe to make “more peanut butter.”

Slice banana, top with “pumped” up peanut butter! Voila!
