Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal
I have a few clients that really aren’t into cooking/prep so they are always looking for easy ways to get a meal in/stay on plan with minimal prep. Nice to have a grab and go option. Great for those toasty hot mornings as well.
There are many different recipes out there if you google. This idea adapted from Skinny Taste.com
40g Old fashion Oats
1/4 cup Greek yogurt watered down to make 1/2 cup
*option to use 1/2 cup Almond milk or protein powder) to make about 1/2 cup liquid)
serving of fruit
sweetener of choice
Mix all in a container or use mason jars and let sit over nite. I’ve seen some recipes that allow up to a few days.
