Not making progress? Take a step back and look at your adherence to your plan

Some people can get along with a lower compliance, a free meal or some BLT’s here and there but if you are someone who is wondering why your results weren’t better, then I suggest step back and look at your adherence to your plan. Little things add up and for some people can make a difference between moving along and stalling.
