Low-Fat Key Lime Pie
PWO Low-Fat Key Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 box sugar-free lime jello
1/4 cup boiling water
2 – 8oz containers of key lime yogurt
8 oz container of fat-free whipped topping
1 – 9″ low-fat graham cracker crust
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool slightly. Stir in yogurt, then fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust and chill.
This recipe is versatile. You can make it strawberry flavored, lemon flavored, etc.
