As such, you shouldn’t expect your life to remain the same because that would pretty much be the antithesis of a lifestyle change.
There will be likely be changes in your social life. And sometimes even job changes and changes in personal relationships will eventually result.
You can’t realistically expect to live the life you’ve always lived and look or feel differently than you always did.
When you truly accept the process of a real lifestyle change, you have to genuinely be prepared to change your whole life for the better.
You can’t hang on to one monkey bar on the climber and expect to swing forward to the next.
