LBC Client Maria’s progress through her building phase

Maria is currently in a building phase.

She started with me to lean down. (photo/ left) and after that we went into her first building phase (current/photo right)

She is currently:
– eating approximately 19x body wt (not counting free meals)
– is approx 8lbs heavier in her current photo (right)
-has done no cardio

Leaner and nicer shape.
