LBC client Hope’s current dieting progress
LBC Client Hope just finished her building phase (left) and current progress in the midst of her dieting phase (right).
She currently has 4 training days and one short interval workout per week.
Oh…and her waist is currently smaller than it was before she started her building phase last year, but she is 10 pounds heavier.
