LBC client Evi is 100% biweekly in and biweekly out and the results show it. It’s a slightly different pose but the change in both muscle and fat is obvious. Crushing it!

Some of us can get away with less compliance but many of us can’t. I can’t. For example, for me, the difference between 95% and 100% is massive in terms of results.
