It Is Never Too Late

Reading over some of the stories people posted last night about their motivations for getting started with training, I was amazed at the power of a decision made at a single moment in time to bring about such an incredible change for the rest of someone’s life.

But more than that, it reminded me that people can change at ANY POINT in their lives. In fact, it seems that it is often at the lowest and most difficult points in people’s lives when they do.

If you’re a mom, if you’re 50 years old, if you’re 250 pounds, it really doesn’t matter. It is not too late for you. People have done it before you and YOU can do it if you really want it.

If you want a fit and healthy lifestyle, go and get it!
