Is Muscle Confusion Necessary?

Despite what you may have heard, you do not need to change your training program every 36 seconds to optimally confuse your muscles.

On the contrary, program hopping never actually allows you to reap the maximum benefit from your program. If your program is working, stick with it.

Your program should be adjusted based on the results it produces, not some arbitrary timeline.
