How well do you manage stress?

STRESS

There are things we can control and many things we can’t. Stress is an inevitable part of life. HOW you deal with the stress is telling. Too much stress not only wears our body down, it wears our hormones and pulls down our health.

How can you keep moving down the path of life and avoid being side swiped by mounting stresses?

Reduce stress!

There are many ways to help reduce stress such as (not limited to): get plenty of sleep, eat a nutrient dense diet, exercise but not overly so, mediation, yoga, using visualizations, don’t over commit or over extend yourself for example.

If you’re implementting the above suggestions and you can’t remove the actual cause/s of the stress you have to mentally change how feel and deal with the stressors. You may not be able to control the stress but you can control how you behave and how you react to it; it’s important for long term health.
