Homemade frozen waffles for an on-the-go breakfast
Need an easy, on-the-go breakfast option? Make homemade waffles and freeze them for the week(s) ahead! There are so many ways you could make these:
– combine your oatmeal (or oat flour), egg whites, vanilla, and Stevia
or
– use a whole grain pancake/waffle mix
or
– combine your oatmeal with your protein option split into 1/2 egg whites and 1/2 protein powder
Use one of the above mixes, cook in your waffle maker, let waffles cool, then bag and freeze! Just take them out of the freezer in the morning and pop them in the toaster. Done!
