High-Rep, Constant-Tension Leg Presses For Quads

20-rep, constant tension leg pressing deep Into a leg workout really sucks. And by sucks I mean SUCKS!

Made them even more of a quad torcher by doing them w heels very slightly off the platform pushing through the front of my feet. As well, don’t position your feet too wide or too high on the platform. Think quads, quads, quads. Well I was actually think go home, go home, go home.

Try it late in your quad workout if you dare.

Pro Tip – go lighter than you think. It is quite humbling.
