Grinding Through Obstacles

Anybody can stick to a plan when their motivation is strong and their circumstances are easy.

The challenge in making fitness a real lifestyle is making it something you do day in and day out regardless of the obstacles you face.

If you don’t do this you’ll forever be trapped in the pattern of taking two steps forward when times are easy only to take two steps back every time life gets tough.

If you’re in the midst of a difficult life circumstance, keep pressing forward even if it feels impossible. When you’re finally able to move forward into another season of your life you’ll be glad you’d never stopped.
