Getting In Your Sweet Potatoes

One of my clients mentioned that she has a difficult time getting all of her sweet potatoes down at one sitting (she is currently in a building phase and eating a large amount of carbs). To make them a little easier to get down, she cooks them and then blends them with a little water and claims that it’s a pretty tasty drink! Might even try adding a little cinnamon and/or vanilla.
