For The Days When You “Don’t Feel Like It”
If is easy to stick to a plan when you FEEL like it. But the greatest successes come to those who stick to a plan when they don’t feel like it, but rather act on principle instead of emotion. There will be days when even the idea of doing the plan feels like drudgery, but if you push though I think you’ll usually find that the next day the feeling has passed and you’re able to carry on with the normal level of effort. And when you make it through to the other side you’ll have a sense of accomplishment in knowing that you can overcome that feeling the next time around.
