Fat-Loss Workout Hype

Build muscle! Burn fat! Simultaneously. No cardio! Metabolic training is the secret – and it’s brand new!!

:facepalm:

1. No it’s not new. Even remotely.

2. No mention of diet. Just buy my training program as this is the key to building muscle and burning fat and realizing your physique dreams.

That’s charlatan advertising right there.

Many people with these days make a huge deal out of “metabolic workouts” as a major key to successful fat loss. While these can be fun (if you’re a masochist, lol) and productive workouts which are often used as a ‘cardio replacement’, metabolic workouts are still only an ‘adjunct therapy’ at best when it comes to fat loss. Metabolic workouts are very effective of course at improving cardiovascular conditioning, getting you ‘fit’, etc., regardless of diet.

Sure, LBC uses metabolic workouts too, but they are not the key to fat loss, just like cardio isn’t.

The real emphasis must always be placed on nutritional compliance and long-term compliance consistency to your plan. Exercise plays a very, very secondary role in weight loss; so secondary it might as well be called 5th.

You can’t out-train your diet no matter what the advertisement claims. Your nutritional strategy will always be the key to your fat-loss success. NOT your training program.
