FAQ: When Do I Get a Cheat Meal?

One of the frequent questions while dieting is, when do I get to take a cheat meal?

A: I don’t typically put cheat meals into a dieting program because the truth is, they hinder results for most people. I also want people to choose to stay on plan, so free meals can be taken if they choose. I won’t come slapping it out of your hand. Just know that come bi-weekly time, if results aren’t what you expect, the responsibility is yours. There are absolutely times that the consequences are worth it, but often times they aren’t.

Learning how much you can deviate and still progress is part of the process. Just know that for most it’s around 90/10 but for many, it’s closer to near perfect. This is especially true for lighter and leaner individuals.
