Erica’s impressive transformation as she progressed through her fat-loss phase

“Looking & feeling lean!!! Seeing cuts and veins everywhere. It’s awesome! Alllll the clothes are fitting and some are too big. Yikes, even some of the smallest things I have are loose on me! My shape is different than it has ever been before. I’m loving it! OK, writing this post measure/weigh. 9 days ago I took out my summer clothes. There was 1 pair of shorts that was still a little snug for my liking. I thought, oh well they will fit in a month or so. I tried them on last night and they are now fitting perfectly. 9 days! Just goes to show that like we always say, the numbers aren’t the end all be all of progress. Cause them shorts don’t lie!!!

I still can’t tell you enough how great my state of mind is these days. My perspective is different, my mood is better, my sleep is sweet, and life is so good. I just feel at ease with my lifestyle. Finally. I am so grateful that I found LBC. Thank you Erik!
