Eating Your Way Calm

Try as you might to eat your way calm, it isn’t going to work. The result is you eat more and more in order to relieve the stress, when in reality the only solution is to deal with the true root of the stress instead of trying to bury it in food.

If you use stress as a reason to cheat on diet, miss workouts, not be at your best efforts, whatever,
then when does it end? Life will have times of stress throughout.

Ironically the overconsumption of food and the resulting weight gain becomes an entirely new stress itself, thus the vicious cycle of emotional eating and weight gain has begun!

Stress – you control it or it controls you. Yes, easier said than done I know, but the difficulty of it doesn’t make this fact any less true.

Remember, achieving victory over diet and weight issues is not so much about your diet, but the dieter. That’s you!
