Easy-Peel Hard-Boiled Eggs
I’m changing up my egg game. I love hard boiled egg whites but boiling & peeling those little suckers takes too long & kills my fingers. So I’m trying this.
Preheat your oven to 325. If you know your oven runs cooler, try out a higher temp like 350. Bake for 30 mins. Remove & put them in ice water for about 10 mins!
