Don’t Wait Until Monday

“I’ll start on Monday”

Every week you go through the same old cycle.

Monday: On point with the diet.

Tuesday: Still going strong.

Wednesday: Had a bite of a brownie when you know you shouldn’t have.

Thursday: “Meh, I’ll just have a few cookies.”

Friday: “Vodka…that has the least calories, right?”

Saturday: “BRING ON THE WINE!!!”

Sunday: “Omg, I cannot believe I did this. I’m so mad at myself. UGH!!!! I’ll start Monday.”

This happens over and over and over and over until the word ‘over’ becomes as annoying as country music (and for me, that’s quick).

I don’t want to be rude when I say this but if you are reading this, my guess is you are older than 21.

If you are, you know the older you get the more responsibility you have with an increasing amount of accountability.

There has to come to a point where you stop making excuses as if you were a child and start changing the bad habits.

So if you are going to “start Monday”…STICK TO IT!
