Don’t Let Travel Be Your Excuse
Don’t let travel be an excuse not to stick to your plan.
I have a client that is a pilot and she is constantly bouncing between cities and hotels yet she always finds a way to nail her nutritional compliance and her workouts.
If you want to make it happen, you can find a way.
And if you’re travelling for a vacation you can CHOOSE not to remain on plan so long as you understand that it is a CHOICE and not that being on plan is inherently prohibited by travel (which it isn’t).
