Don’t let one off-plan meal throw you off track

You’re humming along focused on your plan Monday through friday… and decide to have a little something extra off plan. That little something has now turned into a full weekend of unplanned choices. Too often feelings of failure come with it…

Rather than continuing to keep up that cycle just stop. You’d be better off just hoping right back on plan immediately. You may have had one off plan choice which in itself is much smaller than throwing in the towel feeling all is lost on an entire weekend. In reality it might set you back a day or so vs. undoing an entire week or even two weeks worth of progress.
