You don’t need special detoxes, cleanses, and crazy low-calorie, elimination, 500-800 calorie diets to start your diet. They do more to send your body into a tail spin than it can help. 

If you want your body to function at its max, then you have to feed it well. Rather than turning to all these ‘magic promises’ start by just cleaning up your meals. Eat single ingredient foods. String a few days worth of those meals together…

and you there you have it “a cleanse.”
