Delicious Asparagus Soup

Ingredients:
1 lb. asparagus
32 oz low sodium chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Simmer chicken stock. Cut your washed asparagus into thirds. Put asparagus in simmering stock and let stand 20 minutes on medium heat, or until asparagus gets soft. Blend in blender or food processor until it reaches a soupy consistency.

It is extremely tasty!
