Dealing With Life Changes
Whenever you have a big life change (break up, loss of a loved one, new job, move, etc) you can do one of two things. You can either let things fall into place or you can choose to PUT them in place.
If you the chaos of life to dictate your structure and you try to fit exercise and nutrition around that, you’ll find that they are often displaced in favor of other things.
When you decide to BUILD your life as you want it to look and PUT exercise and nutrition where they need to be in your life, achievement of your goals will follow.
Rather than being an obstacle, look at change as an OPPORTUNITY to recreate your life exactly as it should be.
