The photo on the left was before LBC, when Cori was working with a coach who had her on a VERY low carb diet (veggies being the only carb source). She also wasn’t allowed to use anything more than body weight for leg exercises. 

Fast forward to the middle photo, Cori’s starting photo with LBC. After leaving her previous coach, Cori learned how to implement many of LBC’s training and nutrition strategies on her own, and was able to get her nutrition back on track, as well as put on a good amount of muscle in the process.

She then came to me to help her diet down and reveal that beautiful muscle she built underneath (third photo). Cori is now several weeks into refeeds and looking LEAN! Lots of carbs and heavy weight training!

The kicker here? There is only a 2 lb difference between the first and third photo.
