Clothing And Self Worth
If you put on your oldest raggedy pair of underwear, baggy pants, and a dark, loose fitting sweater to hide behind you are often expressing outwardly what you feel of your own worth on the inside.
Conversely, if you dress from the inside out as though you value your appearance and actually love yourself you’ll find that you not only do end up looking better, but you actually start to FEEL better about yourself too.
If your your clothes are falling apart and you’ve not shopped in a while because you’re waiting to get to where you eventually want to be, don’t do that.
Part of loving yourself is not only taking care of yourself in the gym and in the kitchen, but dressing yourself as though your worth is not dependent on your body fat percentage.
Amazingly, when you commit to loving yourself first by treating yourself as though you have value, your external self begins to change to match.
