Chocolate ‘Molten’ Protein Cake

Subbed my last meal. Felt like chocolate gooey goodness.

I really don’t have a sweet tooth but today I felt like some warm chocolate goodness so I made a Chocolate ‘Molten’ Protein Cake.

Ingredients:
Just protein powder, water and some Walden Farms Choc Dip.

Sprayed a small glass bowl with (refined) coconut oil cooking spray.
I use Bluebonnet Dual Action all natural choc whey
some Waldens Farm Choc Dip.
Enough water to mix.

stir together above ingredients.
Microwaved for about 40-45 seconds.
DO NOT over cook this, you want it under cooked so you get the chocolate syrupy inside that oozes out around your cake.

Ate my PB on the side.
