Can You Target Fat Loss To A Specific Area?

There is no way to target fat loss to a localized region of the body.

More specifically, there are no magic exercises, diets, or supplements that are going to somehow target belly fat, butt fat, thigh fat, or your “get no love” handles.

The key, as boring as it sounds, is a consistent diet with a moderate calorie deficit, some weight training, and possibly a little cardio or metabolic work for good measure.

With time the fat will come off your body and eventually the area that most plagues you with body fat will start to change.

Unfortunately, the first place you gain it is usually that last place you’ll lose it so you’re going to need to be patient.
