Breakfast apple crumble
Another creative recipe, brought to you by LBC client Lori.
Recipe (adjust to fit your meal plan):
Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl mix
7g butter
20g oat flour
20g old fashioned oats
( optional you can add walnut, pecans, etc)
In another bowl combine
2 TBSP almond milk
Desired amount of apple-I used 115g cut into small pieces
1 TSP cinnamon
dash of salt
1-2 packets of stevia
Combine both bowls into a small oven safe dish.
Cook for 40 minutes
Put on broiler for 2-3 then turn off and let sit in oven for additional 15 minutes
For the ice cream
3 oz of unsweetened almond milk
packet of stevia
dash of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
Stir together and freeze
After frozen I nuked it for a fee seconds and blended it.
Top your apple crumble.
