Breakfast and Metabolism

There is nothing inherently magical about the impact of breakfast on your metabolism. If you’re going to train in the morning then we do believe that it is ideal to consume something before you train.

But otherwise, if you don’t want to eat when you first wake up there is nothing wrong with that. Don’t let yourself be convinced that breakfast is the “most important meal of the day” for your metabolism.

You can put that myth to rest.
