At the end of the day, diet is the primary driver of fat loss

Lately I’ve seen an increasing number of “fat-loss workouts” in my newsfeed so I just need to get this off my chest.

If you are relying primarily on your workout for fat loss you are aren’t going to get anywhere.

Yes, training is important. Yes, there is a place for metabolic workouts the contribute to overall calorie expenditure. But, at the end of the day, diet is THE primary driver of fat loss.

If your diet isn’t in check and you’re hoping that the latest and greatest “fat-loss workout” is going to be the answer you’ve been looking for, you’re going to be seriously disappointed.
