The Power and Necessity of Self Control

There are a lot things in life you can’t control – other people’s behaviour, some of life’s circumstances, etc. But you DO have control over yourself – the decisions you make, the thoughts you have, they’re yours, all yours.

Here’s the thing, almost all of one’s success is determined by the things you CAN control, not by the things you can’t control.

So quit focusing about what you can’t do or can’t control and start focusing on what you can do and can control. Things like choices and decisions, attitudes always make a difference over time.

Self control says you’re responsible for yourself and believe me, a significant degree of it is required for you to be successful in your fitness goals.
